Conducting Your Job Search with PRIMUS SEARCH

First Contact – Allows you as a potential candidate to check our Job Search Page to see if we have any current positions available that we are trying to fill for one of our client companies.

Resume Submission – Allows you to let us know that you are interested in one of our posted job positions or that you would like to become part of our database in order to be informed about any future job positions that become available. Once you have submitted your resume, it is important that you notify PRIMUS SEARCH of any changes in your contact information.

Resume Requirements – At the top of your resume to PRIMUS SEARCH, be sure to include your full name along with your complete geographic (not PO Box) address with zip code. Also be sure to list all contact phone numbers and the e-mail address you wish PRIMUS SEARCH to use while contacting you. The resumes must be sent by e-mail as a file attachment in MS WORD. Submit your resume.

Resume Evaluation – We want to ensure that your resume provides the best representation of you, your skills, experience and accomplishments. We will work with you on any minor necessary resume revisions or we will recommend some professional resume developers that you may wish to use.

Interview – We will conduct a phone interview with you when we find that you meet the qualifications to be a candidate for any position offered by one of our client companies. At that time you will also receive detailed information on the available position and the client company. We also attempt to understand what you have accomplished in each of your former jobs and what your successes were with that company.

Submission of Resume to Client Company – We do not submit resumes to any of our client companies unless we let you know what company and position the resume would be sent and you wanting it to be sent to that company.

Company Interviews – In many instances it is the hiring manager and/or someone from Human Resources who will want to do the first company telephone or face-to-face interview. Often we are asked to schedule this interview. If the first interview is successful, there usually is a second interview scheduled. Once you have engaged in the interview process, we will keep you updated on your progress from the clients perspective and work with you on strategies for the next interview.
